Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for all services provided by Xcraft Studio, including the one-time website build fee and the ongoing monthly plan ($149/mo) provided by Xcraft Studio.
2. Website Design & Build Projects
Base Plan ($500 one-time fee)
- Before design begins: Full 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of payment.
- After design is delivered for review: If you do not approve the design, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
- After launch: No refund once the site is live, as the work has been fully delivered.
Custom Plan
Refund terms for custom projects are agreed in writing before work begins, as scope varies per project. Typically: deposit non-refundable once design work begins; balance due before launch.
3. Monthly Plan ($149/month)
Our $149/mo plan is cancel-anytime. Cancel any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. No long-term contracts, no lock-in. Payments already processed for an active billing cycle are non-refundable; service stays active until the end of that cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Third-Party Expenses
Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, third-party app subscriptions, stock assets purchased for your project) are non-refundable.
5. How to Request Cancellation or a Refund
Send a written request to hello@xcraft.studio with your project name and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
