1. Agreement
By engaging Xcraft Studio ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services & Scope
Base Plan ($500 one-time + $149/month)
Includes a premium template-based website optimised for your industry (10–20 pages), missed-call text back, automated lead follow-up, the 5-star review funnel, one-click marketing campaigns, on-site SEO, an AI chat widget, hosting, domain, and ongoing maintenance.
The $500 fee is paid in full upfront. We will provide a full refund if you do not approve the design before launch. The $149/month plan begins after the first month and is cancel-anytime with no long-term contract.
Custom Plan
Scoped and quoted per project - full UX research, custom design, branding, and your choice of platform (Framer/Webflow/WordPress). Pricing and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback during review stages, and any assets (logos, photos, copy) required for your project. Delays caused by late client responses may affect the quoted delivery timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the content and custom elements of your website. We retain rights to underlying code frameworks, templates, and third-party tools used in the build.
5. Payment Terms
Base Plan: $500 paid in full upfront. $149/month billed monthly from the second month onward. Custom Plan: payment schedule agreed per project in writing.
6. Revision Policy
Base Plan: revisions are based on the agreed template scope. Custom Plan: unlimited revisions as specified in your project agreement.
7. Warranties & Disclaimer
We will deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., call volumes, lead counts, revenue). Results depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Liability
Our liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel the $149/month plan at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date. Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. We may terminate service for non-payment or material breach after reasonable notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith; if unresolved, by the courts of competent jurisdiction.
